Free Printable Tickets

These are working tickets, not template downloads: the sheet you see on each page is the sheet that prints. Set a starting number and the tickets count up in order across every page, so no two ever share a number — the thing that actually matters when you draw a raffle winner or reconcile a door count. Raffle and 50/50 tickets add a tear-off stub carrying the same number as the ticket, so the drawn stub always matches the ticket in someone's pocket.

Every page here is a live sheet, not a file you download and edit elsewhere. Type your event title and the details line — date, place, price — once, and that text fills every ticket on the sheet. Choose how many tickets go on each page, how many pages you want, and a starting number, then print. Tickets are numbered from your starting number and keep counting across every page, so ticket 10 at the bottom of the first page is followed by ticket 11 at the top of the second. Nothing repeats.

Running a raffle. Use the Raffle Tickets or 50/50 page, where each ticket prints with a matching tear-off stub carrying the same number. Sell the main ticket to the buyer and have them write their name and phone on the stub. Tear the stub off, drop it in a bowl or bucket, and let the buyer keep the numbered ticket. To draw, pull one stub from the bowl and read its number aloud — whoever holds the ticket with that number wins, and because the two halves share a number the result is provable. The name and phone on the stub let you reach the winner even if they have already gone home.

Selling more than one page of tickets. When you print a fresh batch, set the starting number to continue from your last ticket — if the previous run ended at 40, start the next at 41 — so no two tickets across the whole event ever share a number. Duplicate numbers are exactly what leaves a raffle drawing a winner you cannot identify.

Do the stub and ticket share the same number? Yes. On raffle, 50/50, movie, concert, and boarding-pass tickets, the tear-off stub prints the identical number to its main ticket, so a drawn stub always matches the ticket in someone's pocket.

Can I start numbering at a specific number? Yes. Set the starting number and the whole sheet counts up from there. It is how you continue a second batch without repeating numbers from the first.

How do I print more than one page of tickets? Choose how many pages you want in the Pages control. The numbering runs straight through every page, so a five-page sheet of ten-per-page tickets is numbered 1 through 50 in order.

Can I print plain tickets without numbers? Yes. Switch Numbers to Hide and the tickets print with your event text but no number — handy for blank drink or food tickets.

How do I save a PDF instead of printing? In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination instead of a printer. It is the same sheet, with nothing to install.
